Larry Michael Hacker, age 75, a resident of Camden, Ohio, passed away on the evening of August 8, 2026, after bravely battling kidney disease. Born on April 9, 1951, in Hamilton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Claude and Mary Juanita (VanWinkle) Hacker who preceded him in death. Larry worked many years at Ransohoff, where he was a highly skilled Master Builder specializing in welding, fabrication, and pipefitting.  Later, he worked at Miami University, where he was a Master Gardener on the grounds crew and ultimately retired. He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge, #159 in Camden OH. Larry also loved playing golf, fishing, and hunting. He is survived by his loving children: Scott (Bridget) Hacker, Mike (Kim Schuck) Hacker, Claudia (Tony) Howard; grandchildren: Kasey Marker, Cody Hacker, Alec Hacker, Devon Hacker, Branson Howard; great-grandchildren Destiny, Hope, and Raelyn. He is also survived by his sister, Anita (Eric) Preston; his brother, Marty (Carla) Hacker; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Larry is now reunited with his wife of 22 years, Cathy (Haddix) Hacker, who preceded him in death in 2004

Young Funeral Home, located at 5086 College Corner Pike in Oxford, Ohio, on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
