Kenneth Simpson was born to Mae (nee Hansford) and Matt Simpson on September 5, 1938. He proudly served in the United States Army (Airborne Division) in Germany and abroad. He loved to restore old Army Jeeps and was a member of the Military Vehicles Collector's Club.

Kenneth is the beloved husband of the late Mary Kathleen (Bojar) Simpson and is now reunited with her; devoted father of Lori (Bob) Mengler; cherished grandfather of Brittany (Danny) Beck, Bobby (Sarah) Mengler, Daniel Mengler, Sophia Mengler and great-grandfather of Sully Beck, Evie Beck, Weller Beck, Baby Beck, the late Noah Mengler, Ellis Mengler and Baby Mengler; and dear brother of Dennis Simpson and the late Gary Simpson.
