Katie was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 16, 1986. She is the beloved wife of Brandon Vollmer; devoted mother of Nolan Vollmer; cherished daughter of Necia (nee Warren) and James Flechler; and dear sister of Jeni (Clint) Pellegrin and Justin (Melissa) Flechler. She was preceded in death by, and reunited in Christ with, Grandpa Lee, Grandma and Grandpa Flechler, Uncle Tom, Uncle Jim, Uncle Bobby and Aunt Debi. She leaves behind her sweet dog Oliver and many dear friends and coworkers. Katie was a talented and creative artist who also loved to sing. She was a crafter who was skilled in crochet and enjoyed making Christmas ornaments for her office mates each year. Katie was also a trained pastry chef and enjoyed baking and designing wedding and birthday cakes. Above all, she was a loving friend and family member who will be deeply missed.
