Kathleen "Kathy" Mary Payne (nee Buller), 69, was born on April 14, 1954 to proud parents, Edward & Helen Buller. Kathy passed away on March 28, 2024. She is survived by her children, Christine Payne, Jennifer Sams, & Joe Payne; her grandchildren, Kimberly Payne, Ashley Sams, & Kylee Sams; and by her siblings, Rick, Steve (Shelley), Jim (Ann), & David (Mickey). Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents, the late Ed & the late Helen Buller and by her brother, the late Ken (Susan) Buller. Kathy dedicated her life to her family. She especially enjoyed family dinners, celebrating the holidays, and vacationing in Gatlinburg and Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Kathy also developed special friendships in her 20+ years at The Hillman Group. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4th from 10 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 12 PM at the Paul R.
