Judy was born to Dorothy (nee Sayers) and Truman Kolb in Hamilton, Ohio on November 23, 1940. She is the beloved wife of Lewis Daniel Jenkins; devoted mother of Vicki Raisch-Imhoff; dear sister of Pam (Nick) Tharp; cherished grandmother of Brooke (Kevin) Chandler, Brandon Raisch and great-grandchildren Aiden Chandler, Liam Chandler, Layla Raisch, Kristopher Raisch and Paisley Raisch; also survived by daughter-in-law Mary Raisch. She is preceded in death by her treasured sons, Richard Stephan Raisch and Todd Alan Jenkins.

Judy chased her dream and became a nurse. She had a passion for nursing and always had a strong focus on patient advocacy; her honesty and integrity would always shine through to anyone she was helping. She also loved to go antiquing and shopping with friends and family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Paul R. Young Funeral Home in Oxford from 11:30 pm until time of service at 12:30 pm. Burial to follow at College Corner Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
