Jo Ann was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Fern (nee Fangman) and Joseph Crespo on March 5, 1948. She married Gary, the love of her life, on July 19, 1968. Jo Ann and Gary were the proud owners and operators of the Finneytown Mower Shop for 56 years as well as Boonesrun Farm in Oxford for 37 years. Together they raised their four children in the Oxford area.

Jo Ann is the beloved wife of Gary Wagner; devoted mother of Barb (Al) Wagner, Tina Wagner, Marcy (Clay) Van Winkle and Gary (Stephanie) Wagner, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Robbie, Hank, Sammi, Cody, Shawnee, Katie, Braden, Dustee, Dakota and Dannielle; adoring great grandmother of Weston, Hallie, Tinleigh, Walker, Jesse, Eli, Avery, Jordan, Kayden and Lyric; dear sister of Rosie (Phil) Delmonaco, Danny (JoAnn) Crespo, Jack (Kate) Crespo, Clarence Withrow, and the late Mike (Chico) Crespo.

After a short illness, Jo Ann passed peacefully at her home with her devoted husband of 55 years by her side. Donations in Jo Ann's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a charity dear to her heart. Services will be held by the family at a later date.
