Jean was born in Hamilton, Ohio to Imo Jean (nee Woodry) and Jerome Foley on May 11, 1953. She attended Miami University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She was a teacher and educator working in schools and with various districts in the area. Jean is the beloved wife of Marek Obrebski; cherished mother of Jade and Chelsea Obrebski; loving sister of David (Melody) Foley; and dear cousin and friend of Karen Telinda. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Larry (Connie) Foley. She was an extraordinary woman who touched the lives of many people throughout her life.  She will be deeply missed by friends, family, and the community. Burial at St. Mary Cemetery in Hamilton will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 at 12 pm.
