Frank was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to his loving parents Wanda (nee Gaddis) and Fred Kresser on February 8, 1962. He is also survived by his dear brothers Fred (Diane) Kresser and Floyd Kresser; children Christine Gerhard and James Acra; and also his loving stepson Chris and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Frank was an avid fisherman who enjoyed going out to the lake as much as he possibly could. He was also known in Oxford as a cook at many restaurants, most recently at Bob Evans on College Corner Pike. He will be deeply missed.
