Beloved husband of the late Gay Brett for 47 years. Devoted father of Michele (Charles) Kelly, Larry (Kelli) Brett and the late Mark Brett. Cherished grandfather of Leah and Nicholas Kelly and Hope and Elliot Brett. Loving brother of Millie Ott and Edna Mae Seibert. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Frank passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at the age of 82 years. Visitation will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy) on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 9 am until the time of burial at 11 am.
