Etta was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 13, 1934 to Mary and Joe Carr. She is the beloved mother of Tim (Barbie) Bittner and Cindy Huffman; cherished grandmother of Jerry (Chrissy) Bittner, Mikey Huffman, Rachel Bittner, Carrie Huffman, Jessica Bittner, Mary Bittner and Dakota Bittner; treasured great grandmother of Brendon Bittner, Cameron Clark, Zoey Bittner, Hailey Bittner, Logan Huffman, Emma Tierney, Halanna Huffman and Nicholas Bittner; loving sister-in-law of Beverly Hillsom; and dear longtime friend for Wanda Guthrie. Etta is preceded in death by her son Gerald "Big Jerry" Bittner; her husband Carl Warren; her brothers Joe Carr, Jr. and Clarence "Butch" Eaton; and her parents Mary and Joe. She was also the loving caretaker of her parrot, Spanky, for over 55 years.

A visitation for Etta will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 11 am.
