Donna Lea Peskin was born on October 25, 1947 to parents, Kenneth & Beulah Lay. Donna passed away on June 28, 2026 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Peskin for 35 years. Devoted mother of Melanie Wahl (Andy), Curtis Reuss, the late Victoria Sandlin, and Sheina Cox (Darin). Cherished grandmother of Abigail Wahl, Elliott, Nigel, Paul, Sarah, Caleb, and Seth. Loving sister of the late Kenneth R. Lay, the late Louetta Reid, and the late Gary Lay. Dear aunt of Adam Lay, Matt Lay, Ken Lay (Tonya), and the late Zachariah Lay. Also loved and survived by many other families & friends. She loved spending time with her family, playing cards, and was blessed with a beautiful singing voice and created amazing harmonies with her brothers and sister. She played in several local bands, most notably she was the lead singer in the "Scat Band" all through the 80's and early 90's. Her visitation will be held on Friday, August 21st from 11 AM until time of the funeral service at 1 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Interment will immediately follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
