Donald Earl Hessler, 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away March 14, 2025, at Parkside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fairfield, Ohio. He was born on April 27, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Earl and Jessie (Picklesimer) Hessler.

Donald is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Hessler; children Rick (Anna Hill) Hessler, Ron (Sharon) Hessler, Bill (Maricar Avecilla) Hessler; grandchildren Julia Hessler, Jacob Hessler, Joshua Hessler, Waylon Hessler; twin sister Dolores Schlosser, and many extended relatives and friends.

Donald enjoyed spending time in his garden, tending to the flowering trees, shrubs, and flowers that he enjoyed growing.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Bill Schlosser.

The family will receive friends at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231,  on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025,  from 10:00 am  -  11:00 am.  Funeral services will be at 11:00AM on March 19, 2025,  at Paul R Young Funeral Home - Mt Healthy. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
