Finneytown -Dolores Clara Berning (nee Prell). Beloved wife of the late Paul E. Berning for 52 years. Devoted mother of Mary Ann Berning, Joe Berning, Diane Berning, and Tom (Suzy) Berning. Grandmother of Kelly (Doak) DeTellem and great-grandmother of Andrew, Doakie, and Ronnie. Also survived by numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, the late Edward & the late Clara Prell; her stepfather, the late Gus Siegmann; and her brothers, the late Melvin Prell and the late Vernon (Jeanette) Prell. Dolores passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 91 years. Dolores is best remembered for her love of family and animals. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12th from 9 AM until 10 AM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 12th at 10:30 AM at St. Vivian Catholic Church, 7600 Winton Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45224.
