Connie Beamon, age 81 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away peacefully on December 13, 2023. Connie was born September 01, 1942 in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of John and Mildred (Greenwood) Manrod. Connie was a graduate of Taft High School. After high school, Connie served her country proudly in the United States Airforce. After the Air Force, Connie spent many years working for Kmart as a department manager and as a personnel manager. After Kmart, Connie went to work for Bakery Craft. After retiring, she volunteered with her Senior Living Group where she led the book club. She enjoyed reading, knitting, and playing a game of Bingo or Dominos. Most of all though, she loved spending time with her friends and her family.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband WR "Jim" Beamon, her son Jamie Beamon, and her six sisters, Alice, Dorothy, Betty, Eleanor, Reba, and Pat. Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter Cheryl Beamon; brother Johnny Manrod; nephew David McCreadie; Julie Shane and family; Aaron Dudley and family; Kathy and all her friends at Eden Park Senior Living, as well as many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 11 AM, all at the Paul R Young Funeral Home in Hamilton, Ohio. Immediately following services, Connie will be laid to rest with military honors beside her husband in Darrtown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Connie's memory to the American Cancer Society and the Diabetes Association.
