Clara Irene was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to Etta (nee Shepard) and Timothy VanBibber on July 16, 1942. She's the beloved mother of April Lay, Rick (Treva) Bryan and Rosa (Paul) Biretta; treasured grandmother of Dawn, Bethany, Rachel, Christina and Jessica as well as eleven cherished great grandchildren. She was a longtime member of Bible Baptist Church of Cincinnati where she was loved like family. She will be deeply missed by her dear friends and loving family.

A memorial visitation will be held on September 12, 2026 from 3 - 4 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy. A memorial service will immediately follow at 4 PM.
