Charles was born on January 4, 1949 to Darlene (nee Stewart) and Charles H. Usrey, Sr. in Cincinnati, Ohio. He proudly served in the United States Navy and was Vietnam War Veteran. Charles is the beloved father of Lindsay (Kevin) Powers; cherished grandfather of Olivia, Gabby and Whitley Powers; dear brother of Conni (John Reynolds) Usrey Carlson; uncle of Andrea (Christopher) Carlson Magan; and great-uncle of Grace Andrews and Robby Magan. Also survived by many loving extended family members.
