Amber was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 11, 1991. She is the beloved daughter of Vicky (nee Holden) and Tony Crooks; dear sister of Toni Crooks and the late Britany Crooks; cherished granddaughter of Terry Holden, Frankie Musselman Crooks, the late Joe Crooks; loving niece of Wayne Crooks and the late Bobby Crooks; treasured aunt of Matthew Henson, Jr. and Koda Mirick; also survived by many cousins.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy) from 1-5pm. A funeral service will take place on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 11am at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt. Healthy).
