LeVan, Philip H., beloved husband of Kay (nee Wheatley) LeVan; loving father of Phil LeVan, Bob (Mary) LeVan, Annette (Mark) Kemp, Bruce (Jamie) Rubin, Dee (Jim) Brickler, and Randy (Jess) Allman; adoring grandfather of Tony (Holly), Thomas, Tiffany, Daniel, Samantha, Mark, Ken, Gloria, Sarah, Hannah, Aurora, Samantha, Paige, Neilson and Walter and great grandfather of Braelynn. Predeceased by his granddaughter, Stephanie. Passed away on February 12, 2018 age 76. Retired from Badin High School after 35 years and a lifetime member of the Monkeys. A 27 year member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. An active member of the Oxford Senior Center. Loved his life to the fullest, but loved his family first. Loved to watch the old westerns and classic movies (loved the original Home Alone movie), enjoyed walking at the Health Plex, he was a member of the Butler County Sportsman’s club, and he enjoyed passing out Halloween candy, animal lover. Grew up thru the St. Joseph Orpahange and continued to support that fine system. A visitation will take place at St. Mary’s Church, 111 E. High Street, Oxford, Ohio on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM. Burial will be at St. Stephen Cemetery, Hamilton, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oxford Senior Center, 922 Tollgate Drive, Oxford, OH 45056.
