Patricia "Pam" M. (Montague) Taylor

TAYLOR, Patricia Ann Montague “Pam”, age 71, of Oxford, Ohio passed away on January 11, 2019. She was a graduate of Catholic Central High School, Springfield, Ohio in 1965 and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio in 1969.

Pam (her lifelong nickname) enjoyed caring for people of all ages. As Speech Pathologist and Audiologist, she dedicated a 30+ year career to the outstanding care and compassion of primary and secondary school children. Here, she helped countless children—and their families—in the surrounding communities of Hamilton, Ross and Trenton, Ohio to reach their full potential.

Pam was a most beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend who cherished being among those she loved. She was passionate about investing in people and was an active member of the PEO Chapter CB, the Oxford Book Club, and St. Mary Catholic Church in Oxford.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents Oliver Earl and Martha Cecilia (Young) Montague. She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of almost 49 years, Doug; her son, Christopher of Columbus, Ohio; her daughter, Jessica and husband, Tom Neubert of Westerville, Ohio; her two grandchildren, Taylor and Ty; her brother Michael and wife, Karen of Louisville, Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 5-7 PM at Ogle and Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St Mary’s Church, 111 E., High St. in Oxford, Ohio and burial will take place at the Oxford Cemetery.
