Neal Ernest Miller

Neal Ernest Miller, age 90 of Oxford passed away at McCullough Hyde Hospital on Monday, November 5, 2018. He was born in Union County, Indiana on December 1, 1927, the son of Dale and Gladys (Balser) Miller. He graduated Reily High School in 1945 and on March 9, 1946 in Hamilton he married Helen (Wooten) Miller. He was a lifelong farmer in Reily Township and a bus driver for Reily Schools for 19 years. He is survived by Stephanie (Jerry) Johnson and Tim (Karen) Miller; six grandchildren, Jill (Kerry) Manning, Erin (James) Burnett, Matt (Lori) Miller, Kate (Brandon) Kerr, Jayme (Beth) Johnson and Jody (Darren) Walters and 13 great grandchildren, sisters in-law, Verna Miller, Peggy Wooten and a brother in-law, Walter (Lola) Wooten. He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen, his parents, Gladys and Dale Miller and his brother, Ellis Miller. A visitation will take place at the Ogle & Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford, Ohio 45056 on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 10 am until 12 noon. A funeral service will follow at 12 noon. Interment at the Rosehill Burial Park to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Reily Fire and EMS or to the Hospice of Hamilton.
